“I am so grateful to be apart of this team!””
Working with young people, primarily those of color, to help them realize their optimum potential has been my focus and passion. I have been a Youth Leader at Greater Framingham Community Church for 20 years, as well as a Coach in youth sports for over 30 years. I have facilitated a number of youth workshops and have been the guest/keynote speaker for youth groups within Framingham, as well as in other cities and towns.
By God's guidance and with the help of many, I launched Community Vibes Framingham in July of 2020, in the efforts to hold our city leaders
accountable and help make significant inroads in this struggle for diversity, equity, equality, and inclusion. I have also coordinated multiple protest rally sign holdings, along with workshops, designed to bring awareness to systemic racism.
We aspire to become a vessel for helping create the level of change that lessens this struggle against injustice and leaves the country a better place for generations who come along behind us. We truly are committed to making America great for once and for all of us.

Raised in Framingham, Tamra has always had a life long passion for equality. Being of biracial decent , Tamra has been witness to both sides of the lifelong battle of racism, discrimination and the unconscious bias. From there, she realized she wanted to continue this fight for justice and make an impact within her own community. She continues to push for equity in the corporate world, currently serving on the Diversity & Inclusion Committee, and she will be helping the CVF team with social media , marketing and event coordination. She is hopeful for a brighter future & world , and is committed to the mission of staying fired up for justice!

Heather is happy to be helping with Community Vibes! She has lived in Framingham since 2003 and is a member of Edwards Church, currently chairing its social justice committee. She is fired up to keep learning from neighbors and working together towards love and justice for all.
My journey in activism began a couple years ago when my children experienced problems within the FPS system. Since then, I’ve been dedicated to help families going through similar matters and give them a place to turn for support. This being coupled with the Hard Rock construction collapse in New Orleans, set me on my journey.
There are injustices everywhere; but I knew I needed to participate in cleaning up my own back yard to make a difference.
CVF is an organization dedicated to progress and to bringing the much needed, long overdue change to Framingham. I, too, commit to bringing change!
Giving back to others is my passion. Giving back to my community is my mission. I am so grateful to be a part of the CVF team. To fundraise, coordinate events, and build a foundation that allows growth and unity.
With so much separation, injustice and destruction in the world, I feel it is important to work towards creating peace and unity amongst our peers, for current & future generations to come.
"Without justice there can be no peace. He who passively accepts evil, is just as much involved in it as he who helps to perpetrate it." - Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.
